Classes are hosted with limited capacity and open to anyone seeking to learn more about owning corn snakes. Classes include interactive hands-on snake handling and educational information including Q&A to answer questions such as:

What is a corn snake and how long have they been kept as domestic pets?

What’s the difference between wild bred and captive bred?

what is a warm and cold hide?

myths about enclosures - can’t I just get a large enclosure now since it’s going to get big?

how well do they interact with other pets?

the importance of having secure lids and why this is absolutely important. not kidding. not a question. they are very sneaky and will escape their enclosure if you give them the time to. they love to venture out!

workshops are 4 hours, light snacks and beverages will be provided. attendees receive giftbags with materials presented. for those with sensitive allergies, please consider cats and dogs reside at the location.
